Hey, I’m Stu Wright—a personal trainer and martial arts instructor based in Leeds.
With years of experience coaching boxing and kickboxing, I’ve helped hundreds of people achieve their health and fitness goals through group classes and 1-2-1 training.
I launched Boxing Bootcamp 18 months ago with two programs in Rodley and Pudsey. The response was incredible—so much so that the bootcamp has now grown into multiple weekly sessions at our new home, Elemental Fitness in Bramley, with over 100 members getting fitter, stronger, and sharper every week!

Don’t worry about it! Classes are designed for complete beginners to be able to jump straight into. You’ll pick it up quickly and hone your skills over time.
All equipment is provided. However if you’re in for the long haul, I’d recommend grabbing yourself some gloves and pads of your own
Doesn’t matter. The classes are designed to get you in shape, you don’t need to be in shape to get started. Take the classes at your own pace and pick up the intensity as your fitness improves (which it will quickly!)
No. The classes are non-contact. I offer sparring training in my 1-2-1 private tuition sessions. If this is something you are interested in, drop me a message…
Rubbish! I have members in their 60s that train regularly and absolutely love it! Get some gloves on!
Each session kicks off with a quick warm-up and mobility work to get your body ready and help prevent injuries.
Next, we’ll dive into pad work drills, focusing on different boxing techniques each week. You’ll develop your skills while working up a sweat!
To finish, we’ll ramp up the intensity with high-energy ‘finisher’ drills—combining fast-paced pad work with bodyweight exercises for a serious fitness boost.
Expect to leave feeling stronger, sharper, and full of energy!
