BOX20 is a self-paced, online fitness app designed to teach beginners the fundamentals of boxing while building strength, fitness, and confidence. The whole thing is accessible through one simple to use app, it’s perfect for those who want fun, engaging and progressive workouts they can follow at their own convenience.
This program is suitable for complete beginners. Whether you're new to boxing or looking for a fun way to stay fit, Box20 is tailored to help you get started and progress at your own pace.
It is ideal for those that either dislike the gym or don't have time to get there, and those that struggle with more traditional forms of exercise and are looking for something a bit more exciting to fire up their fitness routines!
Once you sign up, you’ll receive instructions to download the app via e-mail. Log in, and you’ll have immediate access to all workouts, tutorials, and resources. Simple as that!
No equipment is required to start. All workouts are designed to be done at home using bodyweight exercises and shadowboxing. If you have boxing gloves or a punching bag, you can incorporate them into the workouts, but they are optional.
The program contains plenty of video and downloadable guides and tutorials, but there is no personal coaching! This is a self-service program.
You’ll have access to it for as long as your subscription is active, so you can revisit or repeat the workouts anytime.
The bronze program provides downloadable PDF guides to get you started with your boxing if you're new.
The silver and gold packages include a whole bunch of video tutorials and workshops. You’ll learn the basics of boxing, including punches, footwork, and defensive techniques. The program also focuses on building overall fitness, strength, and endurance through boxing-inspired workouts.
